Payment-card information is processed through a payment-processing provider. Slowcial does not need to store your full payment-card number in order to fulfill your purchase.

3. Your Photos, Captions, and Personal Messages
The photos, captions, and personal messages you submit remain your content.
You give Slowcial permission to use this content only as reasonably necessary to provide the service you requested. This may include:
Creating your Slowcial Post
Preparing your digital proof
Making requested edits
Preparing files for printing
Printing your postcards
Troubleshooting an issue with your order
Providing customer support related to your order
Slowcial does not use your personal photos, captions, or messages in advertising, social media, or other marketing materials without your permission.
Photo retention
Photos submitted for a Slowcial Post are retained for up to 60 days after your order is fulfilled.
After 60 days, those photo files are deleted from our active records.
If you place another Slowcial order after your previous photos have been deleted, you will need to upload the photos you would like to use again.
4. Recipient Information
When you order a Slowcial Post, you may provide information about people you want to receive your post, including:
Recipient names
Household names
Mailing addresses
We use this information to address and deliver the Slowcial Posts you ask us to send.
Saving addresses for future orders
Unlike your uploaded photos, recipient names and mailing addresses may remain on file after an order is fulfilled.
We retain this information to make repeat ordering easier so you do not have to re-enter the same recipient addresses every time you order a Slowcial Post.
You may contact us at any time to request that a saved recipient address be corrected or removed.
We do not add your recipients to Slowcial's email or marketing lists simply because you provided their mailing address for a Slowcial order.
We also do not contact your recipients for marketing purposes based solely on information you provide to fulfill an order.
5. Uploaded Address Lists and Other Files
Slowcial is designed to make sharing addresses as easy as possible.
You may be able to submit recipient information using files such as:
Spreadsheets
CSV files
PDFs
Screenshots
Photos
Images
Other readable files
We may use these files to extract the recipient names and mailing addresses needed to fulfill your order.
If something in a file is incomplete or unclear, we may contact you for clarification.
File retention
Original files uploaded to Slowcial are retained for up to 60 days after your order is fulfilled.
After 60 days, the original uploaded files are deleted from our active records.
This includes original address-list files such as spreadsheets, PDFs, screenshots, and images.
Recipient names and mailing addresses extracted from those files may remain on file as described in Section 4 so that future Slowcial orders are easier to place.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Slowcial and fulfill customer orders.
These may include companies that assist with:
Website hosting
Form submissions
File storage
Payment processing
Email delivery
Printing
Postcard production
Address processing
Mailing and fulfillment

Recipient names and mailing addresses
Recipient names and mailing addresses may be retained after fulfillment to make future Slowcial orders easier.
You may request that saved recipient information be corrected or deleted.
Captions and personal messages
Captions and personal messages may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to produce your order, provide support, or resolve an issue related to your order.
Customer and transaction records

for legitimate business, accounting, recordkeeping, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

Please only provide information that you are comfortable using for the purpose of creating and delivering your Slowcial Post.
Slowcial uses recipient information for order fulfillment and the repeat-order functionality described in this Policy.
14. Children
Slowcial is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13.
Customers may choose to include photographs depicting their children, family members, or other minors in a Slowcial Post. Those photographs are treated as customer-submitted content and handled according to the same privacy and retention practices described in this Policy.
Federal COPPA requirements can apply to services directed to children under 13 and to general-audience services with actual knowledge that they are collecting personal information online from a child under 13.
15. Postcard Privacy
Slowcial Posts are currently mailed as postcards without sealed envelopes.
Because postcards are not enclosed, information printed on a Slowcial Post may be visible during handling, mailing, and delivery.
